- Students submit application in February/March.
- GSC meets and decides on Fellowship distribution at April meeting.
- Fellowship notification letters go out in May.
- Grad College announces rates for year on July 1st.
- Grad Program Coordinator fills out Fellowship Rating Forms and submits to Grad College Fellowship Office.
- GCFO processes FRF and sends Notice of Appointment to GPC who reviews it and then forwards to student for signature.
- Once signed by student, NOA is returned to Grad College who arranges monthly payments to student accounts.
