ACES Marcom office provides various marketing services to the college, primarily focusing on revenue, affinity, advancement, and reputation.
All marketing pieces that include Block I, ACES, or your department name, must go through the Marcom office to comply with brand standards. The request will enter the review process, and a Marcom staff member will reply promptly.
If your department or unit has a New Project Idea or Change/Reprint Request, please complete the appropriate form with your assigned marketing liaison.
If you have any questions or requests that need immediate response, contact our Project Manager, Heather Mathis (hmathis@illinois.edu).
New Project Idea Request
A new project idea is a marketing piece that does not exist or has outdated branding. If this is needed, fill out the New Project Request Form.
A new project idea may take the creative team 3 to 4 weeks to complete after receiving all content, depending on the current project load. Your timeline should allow sufficient time for reviewing and correcting proofs.
We will communicate all timelines with you once the project is approved.
Change/Reprint Request
Do you have an existing piece that needs to be updated or reprinted? If so, please use the Marketing Change Request Form.
It's important to note that change requests refer to photo changes or text updates rather than a complete redesign of the marketing piece.
Remember that reprint requests can be fulfilled more quickly than change requests. Our team aims to complete your project within 2-3 weeks after receiving all necessary information and assets.
